Free and cheap fitness is always an attractive option, but there's a major downside to it that most people don't often consider.
We have, somehow, been conditioned to look for the cheapest thing when we're embarking on a fitness journey. The more stuff you'll give us, the bigger the gym, and the lower the price tag - the more we like it. We judge a gym's value on how much we get and how little we can pay. And if you want to "lock us in" to a contract? Forget it. And we find a gym that fits the bill and we think we're up and running!
