There's "hot", and there's "dangerous hot".

Sure - you understand how to deal with "hot" weather with your outdoor activity. How do you know, though, when it's TOO hot? What does humidity do to things? How do you read the signs, and how do you stay safe?

We do this dance every summer.

Just about every fitness blog out there writes a "summer fitness tips" blog post of some sort. Honestly, it's all always the same stuff. It's not even hard... it's stuff we all know. It's obvious. Things like "wear sunscreen", "hydrate", "dress/gear up appropriately" - like I said... it's obvious. But we fitness bloggers always write it - because you'll read it. And you always read it - because, I don't know, maybe you're thinking one of us bloggers is finally going to impart some kind of magical new advice to you. I have some bad news for you - that's not going to happen. There's good news, though.
