If you're going to get have to know how to get there. In order to know HOW to get there... don't you first have to know WHERE it actually is you're going? 

Welcome to the reason why New Year's (fitness) resolutions fail - all this ambition backed by no goal and no plan. 

Sometimes you figure it out. Sometimes you can push. You keep achieving your goals as they get progressively harder. Eventually...the next logical goal makes you REALLY uncomfortable...

Well gee...guess we just have to figure that out, eh? Don't's not as bad as it sounds :) 


So in this episode we talk about:

- Where my journey has been and where I'm about to take it...MY 2017 goals

- How exactly to go about goal setting

- How to know the difference between what's safe, what's a challenge, and what's unreasonable or even unsafe

You can't GET there if you don't know where you're going or how to get there. Be smart, think about it, and you can plan for some MAJOR successes this year. Key is...gotta be smart. 


And just like my own goals for 2017...sometimes the goals we set for ourselves make us a little uncomfortable. Or a LOT uncomfortable...It's important to remember that at a certain's both good and important to get out of your comfort zone, push it, and find a thing to do that you didn't think you could do...and DO it!
