I love what I do, and I take it seriously.

Fitness isn't just narcissism, gym selfies, and aesthetics. For some people, it's about very real, very important changes. Physical and emotional health and well-being could be at stake. This is important... crucial... and in some very extreme cases... even life or death. So naturally, while I do enjoy my job... I also take it very seriously. Which is why I have absolutely no tolerance for those who would play the system and play the people for a quick buck...
