You are not alone.

It can be easy to think you're all alone, on a little island, whether you're struggling with nutrition, fitness, or specifically running. I'm here to tell you... you're not alone. There is a larger community you are a part of whether you realize it or not, and there are many smaller communities still that you can become a part of intentionally. Ted Spiker joins me on Episode 48 of the podcast to talk about exactly that.

You DO belong, and you're doing great!

Ted, through his interest in and passion for fitness and running, has created what has become quite the community. He's created a vehicle for people to identify with someone, or many someones, who are dealing with and fighting through the same struggles they are themselves.
