We all need a hand now and then.

Sometimes its to get where we're going... and sometimes it's to admit our TRUE destination. The fitness industry should be more than just a building full of equipment. It should be about coaches. And genuine care. With that kind of help... you can acknowledge your REAL goal. You know what I'm talking about...

There's something you're SECRETLY hoping to achieve.

It's that goal that floats in the back of your head. The one that's just beyond what you say out loud. The goal you think is a little too ambitious... so you pretend you don't want it. You're afraid you won't achieve it, and you don't want to set yourself up for a let-down. Well... I've got news for you.

You only reach what you pursue.

You're never gonna reach that secret goal if you don't start going after it. If you're afraid of failure, you paralyze yourself. When you don't move... don't act... of COURSE you're never gonna get there. At least, if you try, you've got a shot. And if your goal is in the least bit reasonable... who says you can't get there?

We are our own worst enemy.

I keep saying it, and will CONTINUE to say it... The only limits we TRULY have are the ones we set for ourselves. You've got to GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY, get OUT there, and go get it. You can achieve it. I did, and so can you. Dig in to the podcast episode and see what I mean.
