This sucks.

Plain and simple truth is... starting from scratch when you know where you USED to be is super frustrating. So, yes - we're starting over... and it's not the end of the world. It doesn't have to be for you, either.

It's going to be tough.

I won't sugar-coat it, FitFriends... starting over is going to be tough. It doesn't have to defeat you, though! I've got some quick tips to keep you not just surviving, but THRIVING, during this go-'round -
