In a way, your fitness journey is kind of like the paradox of an unstoppable force meeting an immovable object. Only one can win - which is it gonna be?
I've been thinking a lot about our fitness journey - more specifically, all the excuses, reasons, and other things people all too often claim are preventing them from reaching their goals. As a personal trainer and fitness coach, I get to know people in the context of both their goals and these things... and I hear a lot of commonalities. There are certainly some real, legitimate toughies people face, but by and large one truth reveals itself to be absolute time and time again -
