For Kristen Winger, this couldn't be more accurate. Before, she was a regular woman, with a regular job, living a regular life. She had problems she was dealing with, and health issues of course - but who doesn't? Then, innocently enough, running came along and slowly changed everything.

She shares how she slowly went deeper down the proverbial rabbit hole until she found herself staring down her first full marathon. We get personal, and learn how running helped her become a mother, and what exactly the thought process is that continues to propel her forward. Finally, we talk about her biggest undertaking yet - the Ghost Train Rail Trail Race 100 Miler.
